We typically ship full container loads — 20-25 MT for IQF and 21-24 MT for liquid concentrates in IBC totes or aseptic drums. Mixed-SKU containers are possible for established buyers.

Do you provide COA and microbiological reports per batch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every shipment ships with batch-specific COA covering Brix, pH, moisture, total plate count, yeast/mould, coliforms, salmonella, and pesticide residue. Third-party lab reports available on request.

Can you work to our internal specification sheet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send your tech sheet during the RFQ stage and we'll confirm capability before sampling. We routinely produce to private specs that differ from our standard catalogue.

What certifications do your processing facilities hold?

Accepted Answer

Our partner facilities are HACCP and ISO 22000 certified, with BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, and Halal/Kosher available depending on the SKU. All certificates are verifiable and provided upfront.

How long from PO to vessel departure?

Accepted Answer

30-45 days for in-season production. We hold buffer stock on key concentrates so urgent orders can ship in 2-3 weeks against signed contracts.
